Jeff Dance is a healthcare business leader in Birmingham, Alabama with a focus in executive leadership and management. He has more than thirty years’ experience as a healthcare provider and administrator in Fortune 500 companies as well as in small physician practices. His insights in executive leadership allow his clients to use him with great versatility in problem solving within the service industry. His clients recognize his attention to detail and hands-on, practical approach to his proven success. Jeff currently serves as Principal and Executive Director of Kassouf Healthcare Solutions, LLC, a regional Managed Services Organization. He is also part of the Adjunct Faculty at the Brock School of Business, Samford University in Birmingham, where he teaches Business Communication, Management, Leadership and Human Resource Management. He is published in several peer-reviewed professional journals.

Jeff holds an MBA from the Brock School of Business at Samford University, Birmingham, Alabama. He graduated MidAmerica Nazarene University, Olathe, Kansas with a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training.

A native of Asheville, NC, he makes his home in Birmingham. He currently serves in leadership roles on several church and civic boards. He enjoys teaching Sunday School, recreational sports, reading history, and gourmet cooking.
